1. Shipping Time
Your orders will be prepared and handed over to the cargo company within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During campaign periods and peak seasons, this period may extend up to 3–5 business days.
Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days.
2. Delivery Time
Orders handed over to the cargo company are generally delivered within 1–4 business days.
Delivery time may vary depending on your city and the cargo company.
Vessinohome is not responsible for delays caused by cargo companies.
3. Shipping Fee
For orders of 750 TL or more, shipping is free.
For orders below this amount, a fixed shipping fee applies.

4. Order Tracking
When your order is shipped, a cargo tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS. You can track your shipment using this number on the relevant cargo company's website.
5. Points to Consider During Delivery
Please check your package upon delivery.
Do not accept damaged or opened packages and have the cargo officer prepare a report.
We do not accept responsibility for damaged products received without a report.
6. Incorrect Address or Missing Information
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address information entered during the order is correct and complete.
Our company is not responsible for delays that may arise due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Returns and Shipping
