Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item to be returned must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase must also be provided.

Once your return request is approved, you will be sent a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Products sent without a return request will not be accepted.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please check your order upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-returnable items

Returns are not accepted for the following product groups:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)

Custom-made or special order items

Personal care products

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving any reason.

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it; unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the payment amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
